If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Bonica will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 30 days in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipts. There will be a nomimal charge for missing packaging, accessories or manuals.

1. This warranty DOES NOT cover negligence on the part of the user of Bonica products if the Buyer fails to follow the instructions listed in the Owner's manual on propoer steps and procedures in how to use the product and caused the damage.
2. For Bonica to honor this warranty, buyer MUST return the Warranty Registration Card to us either online, by fax or by mail within 30 days of their purchase with a Receipt proofing such purchase is from the authorized dealer of Bonica!
